Collecting the Scattered Self
I see my heart scattering
The mind in hurricane
Every piece of my heart and mind
Trying to recollect with trembling hands
Asking with beseeching eyes
Wandering here and there in search
Where to my soft part flown away
Riding on winds to you in flight
Turbulence shake and scare me
But a pull and thrust keeps stable in move

Looking through dark
My eyes seek your guiding light
Your presence which my heart longs for.
Concentrating my mind to mindful measures
Too collect my scattered mind and heart.
Where to every part is flying with flight not in control.
Where from a voice calls to throb my heart
Mysterious ray touches strings of my soul.
I see my heart scattering
But trying to recollect
To have emotions in control
I see myself in drizzles
But your sunshine peeps through clouds
And hanky of air wipes wet drops from my face!!!!
